Our Lodge can accommodate up to fifty-eight people with six regular rooms with a mixture of single and queen-sized beds, and six loft rooms with queen beds down and a combination of double or bunk beds upstairs.

A separate dormitory area is divided into five 4-person roomettes and one 4-person double bunk bed roomette.   We have enough variety in sleeping accommodation to meet most guests' needs.

Bedding and towels are available for a nominal fee; guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding or sleeping bags.

Lounge: A comfortable lounge with sofa seating is located on the main living level, and is a perfect place for quiet relaxation at the end of the day.

Games Room: Directly below the lounge on the entrance level is a games room with pool table, foosball table, darts, and a portable ping pong table. The room also has a seating area and the ability to be used as a meeting room.

  

Internet: Pay as you go WIFI or pay internet terminal is available.

Kitchen and Dining Area: The fully equipped kitchen has ample stoves, microwaves, fridges and freezers to accommodate everyone's cooking needs. Cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans are provided along with a good variety of spices.

Guests choosing to eat onsite can purchase their food items and bring them into the Lodge.  All users of the kitchen are expected to clean up after themselves, wash, dry and put away all cookware, dishes, etc. immediately after use.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for members and guests.

   

RESERVATIONS

How to reserve: Reservations can be made through email or  by phone 604-932-4545.

When to reserve: Everyday between 8am to 10am and between 3pm to 9pm Pacific Time. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance of a minimum of two nights’ stay.

Deposit: A deposit of first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking by Visa or Mastercard, with the balance payable at check-in.

Payment: Payment can be made by Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, or Travelers’ Cheques. Sorry, NO CASH is handled on the premises.

Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted prior to 7 days in advance of the booking. After 7 days the deposit will be forfeited.

Groups: A limited amount of space may be made available for small group bookings. Groups are requested to contact the Lodge Manager for information, availability and deposit/cancellation procedures.

Check-In / Check-Out: Normal check-in is between 3:30pm to 8:30pm, Pacific Time. Normal check-out time is 10am. Late check-out can be arranged with the Lodge Manager.

WINTER 2009/10 RATES

    Dormitory Beds: $35 CAD per person per night + applicable taxes.

    Rooms: Starting at $90 CAD for a twin/double per night + applicable taxes.

    Loft Rooms: $150 CAD that can sleep up to four people per night + applicable taxes.
